Dave Sutherland playin a new song, "Last Orders", at the Daffodil in West Wales on 1/11/2007. A great gig in this new venue. Dave is appearing here again on New Year's Eve and this will be another tremendous night out. A ticketed event with hot and cold running buffet this is selling out fast so book early on 01559 370343.

Andy Oz sings his own composition "My Girlfriend - Pt 1" live at Oliver's in Greenwich, South London on 17th November 2007. This is a wistful song about the problems girlfriends sometimes bring and is a lot of fun. Oliver's is a small club opposite Greenwich Theatre and is chock full of atmosphere.

THE BATES MOTEL BAND - Live at the Penrhiwllan Inn on 27th October 2007. This was the first live gig at the newly revamped Penrhiwllan Inn and was a very successful night. It is hoped that there will be more events at this promising new venue. The Bates Motel Band are a new band who all live in West Wales and they play a lively mix of Country, Blues, Cajun and Folk styles. In this video they perform a traditional Cajun/blues Number called Tyrone. This multi instrumental band are well worth seeing as they develop their set over the coming months.

Kate Binningsley with Ian Saunders on Mandola and Tudor Llyd Jones on Cello,  play completely unplugged at the Castle Cafe Cellar Bar in Cardigan, This song, The Lament Of the Sailor's Wife is from Kate's cd/ep "Awen's Song" which is just a gem of a record.

Nigel Mazlyn Jones performs On A Singularly Fine Day at The Cellar Bar in Cardigan on 21st June 2008.  A memorable evening was had by all.  Thanks Nigel.

Ed Dylan plays Forever Young Live at the Daffodil in Penrhiwllan West Wales.  A good laid back gig of Robert Allen Zimmerman songs and more.

The Appletree Boys from Bath in Somerset are a great acoustic duo and this is one of their songs from the live gig at The Daffodil in Perhiwllan, West Wales, on 9th July 2008.  Check them out on Myspace.

Bill Fleming and his trusty Martin Backpacker jams with a few pals after the Kate Binningsley/Bluebird gig at the Basement Folk Club in the Bay Hotel, Aberystwyth.  Listen out for Jasper Salmon on fiddle here, mighty fine jamming.

THE TYLER BROWN BLUES BAND - Live at The Bunch of Grapes in Newcastle Emlyn filmed on 18th October 2007. Since the demise of the Blue Zeroes the Tyler Brown Blues Band are now the hottest Blues ensemble on the West Wales circuit. Guaranteed to ensure that people have a great night out. Here they perform a number called No Whiskey, not a reflection on the Bunch of Grapes which is under new management since Billy Brewer sold up. Good luck to new owner Geoff who has already increased the number of music nights per week at The Bunch, a good thing too in our view.

BLUEBIRD Live at The Hafod Arms Hotel, Devil's Bridge. "Lately I" is a really beautiful song from a new duo who I saw suppoeting Dave Sutherland at the Hafod Hotel on Friday 2nd November 2007. I am so glad I videod this song, the harmonies are stunning and the song is truly haunting. I hope they have a cd out soon, I will definitely be getting one. Hope to book them in the New Year and get to see them do a full set.

Dave Sutherland sings You've Got A Man Like Me Loving You, a brilliant number from his long awaited new album (due out next Spring) and shows that he is currently writing some great material. This was a very intimate gig and those who were there had a real treat. See more on Dave's website www.davesutherland.co.uk
